On the day of your purchase, please take the receipt(s) for the
purchase(s) of 10,501 yen or more (including tax) made at Daimaru Osaka Umeda store on the same day and your passport to the Service Center in the east section of B1. Please note that consumption tax cannot be refunded on consumable goods such as foods, cigarettes, cosmetics, films, dry batteries and medicines.

Only American dollars can be exchanged (cash or travelers' checks) at the Service Center in the east section of B1.
Exchange limit is $300 per person per day.(If accompanied by a store sales clerk, the limit can be raised to $500.)
Please show your personal ID such as a passport or shore pass (for ship workers). A credit card with photo will not be accepted.
Please fill out the required form with your name, nationality, address during your stay in Japan (or name of hotel), telephone number and signature.
The exchange rate will be the daily rate offered by the Umeda branch of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. On national holidays, the previous banking day's rate applies.
