On the day of your purchase, please take the receipt for the goods purchased at Daimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi store on the same day and your passport to the Consumption Tax Exemption Corner of the Service Center on the B1. Please note that consumption tax cannot be refunded on consumable goods such as foods, cigarettes, cosmetics, films, dry batteries and medicines and goods totaling 10,000 yen or less, tax excluded.

U.S.dollars can be exchanged for Japanese yen at the Service Center on the B1. Your passport is required.
