Open every day except January 1.

Goods purchased (at the same store on the same day) to be taken abroad are exempt from tax provided that the total purchase is more than 10,502 yen (tax included).
Consumable goods (such as food, cigarettes, cosmetics, film, dry batteries, and medicine) are not exempt from tax.
You are requested to pay for the price of the goods plus consumption tax at the time of purchase.
If you are entitled to claim repayment of consumption tax, however, please go through the necessary formalities at the Consumption Tax Exemption Counter on the 1st floor.
On the day of your purchase, please show the receipt of the goods you purchased and your passport at the Consumption Tax Exemption Counter.

Foreign money exchange service is offered at the Foreign Currency Exchange Shop (TISCO JAPAN), next to the information counter, located on the 1st floor.
This service is available not only to non-Japanese travelers but also to Japanese customers.
17 foreign currencies (USD,KRW,CNY,TWD,HKD,EUR,THB,SGD,MYR,AUD,EGP,CAD,RUB,BRL,EGP,ZAR,IDR) may be exchanged for Japanese yen, and vise versa.
For one customer, exchanging for maximum 50,000 Japanese yen from any of the above foreign currencies, is available without requirement of passport,while exchanging for foreign currency from over 100,000 Japanese yen, a valid identification (passport, ID, etc.) will be required.
