On the day of your purchase, please take the receipt for the goods purchased at Daimaru Kobe store on the same day and your passport to the Gift Certificates Shop on the B1. Please note that consumption tax cannot be refunded on consumable goods such as foods, cigarettes, cosmetics, films, dry batteries and medicines and goods totaling 10,000 yen or less, tax excluded.

Please show your personal ID such as a passport or shore pass (for ship workers) at the Gift Certificates Shop on the B1.
Only U.S. dollars can be exchanged.
Travelers' checks denominated in U.S. dollars or yen may be exchanged for Japanese yen.
Exchange limit is $300 per person per day.
